Shipping policy

New Zealand customers: 

• Free shipping within New Zealand (Urban delivery) for orders above $60.00
• Shipping to Rural New Zealand will incur a standard charge of $10.00

Australian customers:

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight

How long will shipping take?

New Zealand customers: We aim to deliver your order within 3-4 business days.  Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days. 

Australian customers: Once picked up by the courier, parcels to Australia take 6-8 business days for all metro areas, and 3-8 business days for rural deliveries.
